Website Maintenance & Support
Once your website is live, it’s important to keep it up-to-date so customers and search engines love it and return often… and we're here to help! Unlike other agencies, we go against the grain in that we don’t ask you to sign up for fixed monthly or yearly maintenance contracts, rather we offer prepaid blocks of hours. This means we save on admin overheads, so we can pass these savings onto you with discounted hourly rates!
We've included many of our services under our prepaid plans, giving you maximum flexibility to use the hours towards whatever services you need. Plus, your prepaid hours do not expire, so you won’t get caught out and run up unnecessary costs if you do not require any website changes or support for a period of time. You simply log your requests via our online Help Desk system and one of our friendly team will respond.

Note: Ad-hoc maintenance and support requests are charged at $110/hour plus GST.

- Help Desk Support (9am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays)

- BC module implementation
- Image editing
- Custom scripting (Javascript, JQuery etc)
- BC Training sessions (via webinar, screencast videos, or face-to-face at our office in Sydney)
- Website Strategy & Planning sessions
Terms and Conditions
- All work is billed in 15 minute increments.
- No set time period in which hours must be used.
- Our standard response time for requests is between 1 and 3 business days. If you require a guaranteed same day service for changes, a premium of 30 minutes will be added to the time spent.
- All requests are to be submitted via our Help Desk.
- We record hours used in a spreadsheet and send you a copy each month, so you
can keep track of hours remaining.
